Keep Knitting or Frog and Start Over??

Not much crafting happened this past weekend as I spent most of my time lying on the floor trying to heal my aching back, so I am asking for some advice this WIP Wednesday.  I have decided that I want to complete this sweater which has been hibernating for over a year.  I would love to just pick up where I left off and continue knitting, but I am worried that my gauge may have changed.
So what do you think?  Should I try just continuing from where I stopped or is it better to frog the whole thing and start over to make sure I still have gauge??

WIP Wednesday: A Little Progress

I made a little progress on my Groovyghan this week.  One more square and this strip will be complete.
I also made a little progress on my fuzzy cat.  Now it only needs eyes, nose and whiskers.  I have to hide it away because it freaks both me and my husband out.  We keep thinking it's our real kitty :)
Also, I started another owl hat.  My mom requested this one for a friend's baby girl.  I will hopefully be mailing it this weekend.

Hearts

I've made a stack of hearts.  They were so fun and easy to make that I am already planning to make more.  I want to send them to everyone I write to for the Month of Letters.
Pattern: Fun, Little Crochet Heart Applique
Hook:  G
Yarn:  Acrylic
They did need a light steam blocking to make the shape clearer.  I have taken a section of the foam floor pads we use in our work-out room and am now using it as a blocking board.  It works really well :)

Bike Helmet Ear Warmers (FO Friday)

This FO is from December, but I have been using them a lot recently.  We have had some sunny days where we can take out our new bikes for a ride, but it has still been cold.  I really hate when my ears get cold when I am riding my bike.  They often get so cold that they hurt, so I knit some ear warmers that attach to your bike helmet.  They are awesome.

Pattern:  Bike Helmet Ear Warmers
I used some awesome vintage red wool with black flecks that I found on Craigslist.  It is a thick and thin yarn, so the ear warmers ended up a little on the thick side.  They make my helmet really snug, but since my bike is black and red, I couldn't resist.  I love being matchy-matchy :)
I highly recommend this pattern if you ride your bike in the cold.  They really do keep your ears warm.

WIP Wednesday

This week I have made some good progress on my big fuzzy cat.  I chose the white yarns to make it look like my actual cat.  I don't think she is very impressed.  She usually is unimpressed.
In fact I think she might be pissed.
Actually, she just happened to yawn, and I was quick with the camera :)

On another note, I am attempting a lace design.  Already this attempt has taught me a lot about lace construction, the difference between k2tog and ssk, and how to read a lace chart.  Definitely a good experience, whether the design works out or not.
